kinda chic to skip long lines at the post office and pick up your packages at keaau mail & ship ;)

To our friends in Keaau & Puna: friendly reminder we have a PACKAGE ONLY service so you don’t have to wait in long lines at the post office to pick up a package.

Here’s what our Keaau Mail & Ship customer Mitchel had to say:

”Great location for all your mail needs! Better than the Post Office as they can receive all packages including UPS and FedEx. Solves the issue with not knowing how a company ships as it is a one and done solution. The customer service is also excellent especially when Summer, Delilah and Hany are working! 10 out of 10!”

Stop by or give us a call for more info.

Reposting this image by Civil Beat because it highlights a significant issue in our community: it takes YEARS to get a mailbox at the post offices in Keaau or Pahoa.

Puna has about 60,000 people but only 7,911 P.O. Boxes. Even if you don't have a post office box, you have probably seen or waited in the long lines.

At Keaau Mail & Ship, we offer a safe & reliable place for the community to send and receive mail.

Come visit us at Keaau Plaza (across from Keaau Middle School)!

Missed a delivery, worried about packages sitting outside, or maybe you can’t receive packages to your residence?

Have your packages sent to Keaau Mail & Ship instead. We’ll receive them, keep them safe, and have them ready when you are.

It’s one less thing to stress about in your week.

This review honestly made our day!

For those who don't know, Keaau Mail & Ship is under new, local ownership. But it's not just new ownership making a difference:

We are so lucky to have an INCREDIBLE team who help our customers send and receive mail and packages.

And they are truly doing an outstanding job.

As a new small business, we would love to hear your feedback. If you have any suggestions with how we can improve, feel free to let us know at the counter!

Thank you for your support. And to An Angry Turtle - thank you for your review!
