The Story of Fia - A long time dancer here at Germaine’s Luau 🌺

Growing up, she sat in the audience at Germaine’s Luau watching her mom and dad light up the stage as dancers and emcees. The moment she turned 18, she auditioned, and she hasn’t left since.

Over the years, Fia has worn just about every hat there is: host, host trainer, dancer, dancer trainer, emcee. In 2021 she became a female line captain. In 2024, she stepped into the role of backstage supervisor, leading the entire cast with the same heart that drew her here as a little girl.

The faces around her have changed over the years, and she’ll tell you that part isn’t always easy. But Fia knows she’s exactly where she’s supposed to be, pouring into the next generation the way the generation before her poured into her.

Germaine’s isn’t just a job. It’s a home!
