Mark Twain is quoted as saying, "the reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated". Well we can say a similar thing. Driveaway Connections is still in business, doing our best to assist you with one way rentals. The extreme shortage of rental cars nationwide has impacted our ability to always find a car and with a quick response. More often than not, we have to call numerous branches just to locate one with a vehicle available. This has lengthened the time spent on each rental, where before we were done with just a with a few clicks. The major rental car companies have changed their policies regarding booking one ways in the past week, and we are trying to sort out all of the implications. We hope that these tremendous issues will be resolved in the near future, and, until then, we will keep on, keeping on. Thanks for your support.
