How many years is it going to take?

This is for the individual truck drivers, advocates, small groups, roundtables, and little cliques who keep getting invited to comment, submit feedback, sign petitions, and participate in another “conversation.”

At what point do you look at the results?

Year after year, they open another comment section and ask for your opinion. You speak. You submit. You wait. Nothing gets fixed. Trucking keeps getting worse.

We tried it too. After a while, we realized what it was: an illusion that you have a say. A distraction that keeps everybody talking until people lose interest and move on to the next issue.

It’s been 46 YEARS of drivers complaining.

Maybe it’s time to stop falling for the same bu****it year after year and join an organization with fixed goals, fixed solutions, and a mission it refuses to waver from.

That mindset is exactly the problem. Deregulation put responsibility on carriers to know what brokers are charging and use transparency to help police the marketplace against things like fraud, kickbacks, and unlawful rebates.

It’s your responsibility as a carrier to know where the money is going.

But you and plenty of other morons say, “I don’t care what the broker makes as long as I get enough.”

And that’s exactly how an industry gets exploited: everybody is satisfied with barely enough instead of knowing what the freight actually pays and demanding accountability.

Why an LLC? Why not a nonprofit?

Look around.

What have the nonprofits done except collect huge salaries and talk about trucking year after year after year?

Meanwhile, we’re out here suffering and we need change NOW.

I don’t have that problem with an LLC.

I make the rules. I set the standards.

I don’t have to worry about voters, board members, or people coming in with other agendas like logistics companies and brokers who want to drive this company away from what we set out to do.

And what did we set out to do?

FIX TRUCKING PERMANENTLY. FOR EVERYBODY. ACROSS THE BOARD. FOR ALL TIME.

That mission doesn’t change.
