Why do shipments get delayed, even when everything looks “right”?

The answer is because “right” on the surface doesn’t always mean aligned underneath.

A shipment can have correct documents, but mismatched details between forms.
It can be scheduled on time, but misses a cutoff by minutes.
It can be routed efficiently, but lacks coordination at handoff points.

Logistics is a system, not a single action, and systems depend on consistency across every step.
