Professional Driver Highlight: Jesse Richardson 🚛

This week we’re highlighting professional driver, Jesse Richardson, and the journey that brought him to the ACT family. Jesse has been a part of the ACT team for about 9 months now.

Jesse shared that one of his favorite things about ACT is working with his DSM, Elishia Ford.

“As a veteran driver, I’ve had my fair share of good and bad. She is by far one of the best. She’s been in the business as long as I have and understands it all. I love working with her.”

Trucking has been a part of Jesse’s life from the beginning. Growing up around trucks made the industry feel like a natural fit, but family is what ultimately led him to pursue the career. When his daughter was born in another state, trucking gave him the opportunity to travel and stay connected with the people who mattered most.

When he’s not behind the wheel, Jesse enjoys gaming and collecting vintage tins. From classic Pong to his PS5, he’s always been a gamer and still owns an original Nintendo. He also enjoys visiting Amish country and searching for unique candy tins because of their history and character.

We’re proud to have Jesse as part of the ACT family and appreciate everything he does out on the road each day! We can’t wait to see what the future holds!💙🧡🚛

Professional Driver Highlight: Luke Weisgerber 🚛

This week we’re highlighting professional driver, Luke Weisgerber and the journey that brought him to the ACT family. Luke has been with the ACT family for about 6 months now.

Luke shared that one of his favorite things about ACT is the stability of a smaller company along with flexible home time.

He got into trucking a little over two years ago because he knew college wasn’t the path for him and wanted to build a future through hard work. During his first year on the road, Luke lived solely over the road while working to get ahead and get his foot in the door. In that time, he accomplished one of his biggest goals, traveling to all 48 mainland states.

Today, Luke is proud of how far he’s come and the progress he’s made. Stories like his are a reminder of the determination and resilience it takes to succeed in this industry.
