Lash extensions are a lot like the hair on your head — everyone’s natural lashes are different. If you naturally have finer or thinner lashes, your set may not look exactly like someone with very full natural lashes, even if you show the same inspiration photo.

At Sugar Pie Lashes, we always customize your set to work with YOUR natural lashes while keeping them healthy, beautiful, and safe. We’ll absolutely do our best to achieve the look you love — but realistic expectations are key to loving your results 🤍

We totally understand that life happens, schedules change, kids get sick, traffic exists… we get it! That’s why you can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime up until 24 hours before your appointment with no fee at all.

However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% service fee, and no-shows are charged 100% of the service fee.

As much as we hate enforcing this policy, our Lash Artists work on commission and reserve that time especially for you ✨ When appointments are missed last minute, it directly affects their income and leaves empty spots that another client could have booked.

Thank you for understanding and for respecting our artists’ time 💗 We appreciate you more than you know!
