For 51 years, WEL Companies has been built on hard work, strong relationships, and a commitment to doing things the right way. What started as a family business has grown into a trusted transportation and logistics provider, while maintaining the values that helped build its foundation.

Today, Dalton, with his siblings Chris and Sarah, helps lead the next generation of WEL Companies. Together, they continue to focus on the people who make WEL successful every day, our drivers, employees, customers, and communities.

As we celebrate 51 years in business, we're proud of where we've been and excited for where we're going. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey and helped make WEL Companies what it is today.
Here's to 51 years of moving forward together.

Did You Know? 🚛

For a typical five-axle tractor-trailer traveling on U.S. interstates, the federal maximum gross vehicle weight is 80,000 pounds. That total includes everything on board: the tractor, trailer, fuel, driver, equipment, and freight.

To put that into perspective, every load requires careful planning to ensure it's transported safely and legally from pickup to delivery. Our drivers and operations teams work together every day to keep freight moving while staying compliant and focused on safety.

At WEL Companies, our onsite shops are stocked with the parts and materials our fleet needs right here in-house.

That means less waiting, less downtime, and more time getting you back on the road.

Need service? Pull in. Get it fixed. Get back rolling.

That’s what Drivers First looks like at WEL.
