McQuaide Logistics is now hiring for Yard jockey drivers!

Yard jockey will be responsible for moving transportation equipment around the facility in accordance with the loading, and maintenance, schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operate the Yard Truck in a safe manner following all rules.
Stage empty trailers in their assigned dock doors in accordance with the loading schedule.
Provide the garage with any equipment (trailer and/or tractor) requested for maintenance in a timely manner.
Assist with the inspection of all equipment, reporting any damage found.

Knowledge, Skills, and Education

Must have Class “A” CDL license
Must possess excellent communication skills
General maintenance knowledge is a plus
Attention to detail is a must

McQuaide Fleeting is now hiring tow truck drivers! Rollback positions are available and would not require a class A CDL. Heavy tow truck positions will require a class A license. 1-2 years towing experience preferred. Willing to train drivers.

Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience. $12-$20 hr.

Overtime: On call for evenings and weekends. Paid time and a half when over 40 hours/week

Shift availability/hours: Morning (preferred), mid day (preferred), night (preferred).

Guaranteed 40 hours a week with on call during weekends.

If you have little to no experience but a strong desire to become a professional auto mechanic, this could be a great opportunity as we are willing to train!
