"Look for the.... bare necessities of life... yeah man!

Wild Africa Trek - making memories one adventure at a time! If you are able to hike, are able to afford the additional expense, and have the time on your next Walt Disney World vacation, I would 💯 percent recommend the Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom.

Reservations do go quickly so l was online the day our trip dates opened. We secured our date and time and the excitement began.

Guests meet at the hut right next to the entrance of the Safari ride. We were warmly greeted by one of our two tour guides.
After our guide read over the all of the terms and conditions, we were escorted to a private area to suit up and secure our belongings in lockers. Headsets as well as gear were provided. This also included a stainless steal water bottle for the hot Florida sun. ☀️

The adventure began with a walk through Gorilla falls while our guides Dom and Rachel educated our group on Walt Disney World’s conservation efforts as well as the amazing animals throughout who call Animal Kingdom home.

The rope bridge crossing during the hiking portion above the hippos and alligators was so exciting. I felt like a kid again experiencing something new. Our guides were fun and friendly, informative, attuned to our needs and most importantly focused on our safety.

Lunch stop on the savannah was breathtaking and delicious. The juice was just fabulous and so refreshing. The full trek is three hours so this was a nice break in the middle to unwind and marvel at all that we had already witnessed.

One of the best parts is the tour includes professional photos of the experience. You can simply enjoy and take it all in and still have photos to download later. 📸

Having a separate safari truck from the actual safari ride did allow for our driver to stop and pause and really gave us the opportunity to view the animals up close. We were able to stand and take photos during those breaks.

Definitely an experience we will always remember and be grateful to have.

Our agency turns 4 years old today! We started out as two agents: myself and and now we have over 40 incredible agents and a community unlike anything we could have ever imagined!

Since then, we've become an Earmarked agency with Disney, been invited to preview new cruise ships, all-inclusive destinations, and been featured in multiple publications.

We're so grateful for everything that has happened over these last 4 years and can't wait to see what the future holds!

Christmas in July! Did you know there are 21 Friday’s until Christmas? Did you know Disney has announced the dates of the Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom starting November 7th thru December 21st? It’s truly a magical experience to behold the beauty of Walt Disney World during the Christmas season. Christmas lights, music, trees, gingerbread houses and so much more. The transformation begins at midnight on Halloween and it’s quite amazing!

And if you aren’t able to make it there then, you can always experience some Christmas Cheer with a round or two of mini golf at the Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course! Now’s the time to book your holiday trip!

Who says you can’t mix business with pleasure! Not only was it our first cruise it was my first Summit with Carry on the Magic! Such a great experience meeting the team in person and learning skills to make travel easier for all of my clients.
