HAPPY NATIONAL BOSS’S DAY!

Today, we're celebrating two incredible leaders who bring very different strengths, personalities, and talents to the Arlo G. Lott Trucking family — Andy Lott and Michelle Miller!

ANDY LOTT — THE TRUCK GENIUS WITH A HEART OF GOLD!

Andy knows trucks inside and out! From the shop and the yard to the office and behind the wheel, he understands what it takes to keep our trucks running, our drivers successful, and our business moving forward.

But what really sets Andy apart is his heart. He leads with compassion, forgiveness, and grace — sometimes more grace than the rest of us think possible! He works tirelessly, never asks others to do something he wouldn't do himself, and truly leads by example.

MICHELLE MILLER — THE DISPATCH MASTER AND LIFE OF THE PARTY!

Whether she's keeping trucks moving, rocking the latest fashion trends, making everyone laugh, or planning a team party that nobody wants to miss, Michelle brings ENERGY to everything she does!

She's a master of dispatch, a champion of our people, and someone who knows that working hard and having fun should go hand in hand. Beyond our company, she's also been a strong voice for the trucking industry through her leadership with the Idaho Trucking Association.

TWO DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES. TWO INCREDIBLE LEADERS. ONE AMAZING TEAM!

Andy and Michelle have helped build more than a trucking company. They've built a family, created opportunities, supported people through challenges, and shown us that leadership isn't just about running a successful business — it's about caring for the people who make it successful.

Thank you both for the long hours, the laughter, the opportunities, the second chances, the unforgettable parties, and the heart you put into everything you do!

We are grateful to be part of the Arlo G. Lott Trucking family!

HAPPY BOSS’S DAY, ANDY & MICHELLE!

ONE MILLION SAFE MILES!

Today we are proud to celebrate Randy Patton for reaching an incredible milestone — 1,000,000 safe driving miles with Arlo G. Lott Trucking!

A million safe miles doesn’t happen by accident. It represents years of focus, good judgment, professionalism, patience, and making safety the priority every single time Randy gets behind the wheel.

Think about what goes into a million miles: changing road conditions, weather, traffic, construction, mountain passes, long days, early mornings, and countless decisions made every mile of the way. Reaching this milestone safely is an accomplishment worth celebrating.

Randy, thank you for the example you set and for the professionalism and commitment you bring to our team. We are incredibly proud to have you as part of the Arlo G. Lott Trucking family.

Congratulations on 1,000,000 SAFE MILES! Here’s to many more safe miles ahead!
