Eat Healthy. It is easy to eat nothing but fast food and greasy fare while on the road. This isn't good for your waistline, your health or your pocketbook. Take the extra effort to include vegetables, fruit and other parts of a healthy diet in your daily meal plan. A little change can make a dramatic difference in your overall health.

A note for 4 wheelers. = You are driving on the road with cumbersome beasts that makes very wide turns. I'm talking about Semi Trucks. While you can't control everything on the road, you can give these drivers plenty of space so they can make wide turns, switch lanes or merge in and out of traffic. Let us all do our part to watch out for each other.

KEEP LANE CHANGES TO A MINIMUM. Lane changes have the potential to be quite dangerous, particularly if a vehicle has slipped into your blind spot. You should change lanes as little as possible and always signal well in advance of making a lane change. This gives other vehicles plenty of time to get out of your way.=======
