How do you know when it's time to replace elastics?

If you can no longer stretch the elastics, or if they barely stretch; it is time to replace!

Or if they seem to get more wear on one side (maybe due to an uneven prefold or the tucking of a flat) and they become uneven.

Especially if they become this uneven 😜 hopefully they wouldn't though, since one side has no elastic!

Left side has replaced elastics 💕 it's not an extremely noticeable difference, as the elastics weren't completely shot; but it will definitely make a difference OTB!
