When we say "wood-fired" or "smoked" at Blue Barn BBQ, we're not talking about chips, pellets, or propane. Our smokers run on nothing but premium Oak and Cherry logs cut right here in the Cedar Valley, and delivered weekly by our good friend, Jerry at Jerry's Firewood!
As long as humans have been cooking food, this is how they've done it! It certainly isn't easy, but it is better! Come and taste the difference for yourself today!!!
