Wh***ey 7 is at Chautauqua County Airports in Jamestown, NY today!! Come check it out. Lots happening here today!

Built in 1943. On June 6, 1944, Wh***ey 7 served as the lead aircraft of the second wave of the historic D-Day airborne invasion, carrying and dropping paratroopers of the 82nd Airborne Division into Normandy, France. Come on out and enjoy the afternoon at The Great Midsummer Fly-In/Drive-In at the Jamestown Airport tomorrow from 10am-2pm! You can take a ride on Wh***ey 7, check out static displays, classic cars, discovery flights through Great Lakes Flight Center, and enjoy a delicious chicken BBQ offered at Archies Diner ! Sounds like it's going to be a PERFECT day for it as well! Use the QR code at the bottom left of the flyer to secure your seat on Wh***ey 7! ✈️🥞 Celebrate aviation history at the 59th Annual Rotary Fly-In Breakfast on Sunday, July 26, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Chautauqua County/Dunkirk Airport (John J. Nalbone Sr. Field).

This year's event will honor local aviation legend Louis Nalbone, who recently received two of the FAA's highest lifetime achievement awards recognizing more than 50 years of excellence as both a pilot and aircraft mechanic.

Visitors can also:

With the current air quality conditions along with the impending weather for Saturday, the organizers have made the difficult decision for everyone's safety, to postpone the Alan D Fuller Memorial Flying Scholarship INC Mid-Summer fly-In event scheduled for this Saturday at JHW. The NEW date for the event will be August 29, 2026.

With this being said, there WILL still be a Chicken BBQ at Archies Diner ! The restaurant will be open for dine in or take out options and proceeds from the Chicken BBQ will still be going to the scholarship so come on in out of the weather and enjoy a wonderful meal for a GREAT cause!

Mark your calendars! This Saturday at the Jamestown airport, we are hosting a Mid-Summer Fly-In event featuring Wh***ey 7, a car show, music, and vendors. Bring the family, have breakfast, peruse the awesome classic cars, and grab lunch too!

There will be be discovery flights through Great Lakes Flight Center, a 50/50 raffle, AND you can purchase a RIDE on Wh***ey 7! Just scan the QR code on the flyer to reserve your spot!
