🚛 Back at Ponte Vedra Sports Club!

Our Baymeadows Movers trucks are back on-site at the new Ponte Vedra Sports Club building this week, and this time our crews are busy delivering and installing furniture throughout the new space.

It’s always exciting getting to be part of a project as it starts coming together — and there’s plenty more happening inside!

Day 3 — The load must go on! 🌧️🚛🇺🇸

A little Florida rain isn’t slowing this crew down! Day three of loading election equipment is underway, and even our almost-daily afternoon showers can’t stop the operation.

Rain or shine, the Baymeadows Movers team is keeping equipment moving, staying on schedule, and getting everything where it needs to be for Election Day.

🗳️🚛 Day 2 — Keep ’em rolling!

Election equipment load-out continues today, and the Baymeadows crew is keeping the trucks moving! From the loading dock to polling locations throughout Duval County, we’re working alongside the Elections team to make sure equipment gets where it needs to go safely and on schedule.

There’s a whole lot of logistics behind Election Day — and we’re proud to be part of what happens behind the scenes. 🇺🇸

🚚 Election equipment load-out is officially underway! 🇺🇸

Day 1 is in motion, and the Baymeadows Movers crew is hard at work getting voting equipment loaded, organized, and headed out for Election Day.

🎬 Lights, camera… snack break! 🍿

We’re back at the AMC Fleming Island 12 removing another round of old projection equipment as the theatre continues upgrading to newer technology.

One of the coolest parts of this project? We didn’t just find digital projectors—we also came across classic 35mm film projectors and original film reels that once brought the big screen to life. It’s a pretty neat reminder of how far movie technology has come.

And let’s be honest… you can’t spend the day in a movie theater without making a quick trip downstairs for some movie snacks! 🍿😂 Our crew may have “inspected” the popcorn and candy selection to make sure everything was still up to standard.

Whether we’re moving office furniture, medical equipment, or pieces of cinema history, our team loves tackling projects that are a little out of the ordinary.
