We just want to remind all of our customers of our purchase/ exchange/ return policy:
As clearly stated on our website as well as our page, throughout our storefront, and in the two waivers that we ask all customer to read and sign at checkout:
Due to the nature of the products, all purchases are final, no returns or exchanges will be permitted. Refer to our policy agreement waivers at the time of purchase. However, we do like to be fair and considerate of all situations and rectify any issues. Because we are selling liquidated merchandise, there will be instances in which merchandise may be incomplete, slightly damaged etc. The Pallet Place does everything it can to ensure that its customers are recovering a good working product.
Due to the possibility of items being incomplete or not to the highest possible standard, we make sure that our prices reflect that. We value all of our items at about 50% retail price and we ensure that our customers are aware of any inconvenience that may arise before purchasing our merchandise. We allow our customers to do any due diligence necessary in order to feel comfortable making their purchase of individual items (testing out the product’s electronic components, visually inspecting product, etc) Customers are constantly reminded that Pallet sales and individual are “as is” and we cannot be held liable, purchase at “your own risk”
We also have two waivers that ALL of our customers must read and sign before completing their purchase to not only protect us as the business but you as the buyer. Clearly outlined are the stipulations of purchase along with any potential remedies to a defective or incomplete item.
We are able to offer low prices on our items because this merchandise has been liquidated. But because we are not the retailer and are in fact a small business, we cannot offer any guarantees or warranties on our products, not can we offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. The Pallet Place will always make sure to inform customers of this time and time again so that there is no confusion or dissatisfaction on any end.
