We had a great time in Fort Lauderdale last month at the Florida Trucking Association’s Annual Conference! 🚛🌴

The conference gave our team the opportunity to meet so many people from across the transportation industry, exchange ideas, and learn more about the trends and changes shaping where our industry is headed.

We came back with new connections, new perspectives, and plenty of ideas about how we can continue making an impact.

Help us congratulate Evan, our summer intern from Beachside High! 🎉

Evan wrapped up his six-week internship with us at the end of July after spending the summer learning about the world of transportation and logistics.

Throughout his internship, Evan showed a strong desire to learn, asked great questions, and took advantage of the opportunity to gain real-world experience. He finished the program by presenting his capstone project to our team, sharing what he learned during his six weeks with us.

We are excited to welcome Evan, a student from Beachside High School, as our very first summer intern!

Evan started with us last week and will spend the next six weeks learning about the transportation and logistics industry. During his time with us, he’ll gain insight into what we do each day and explore how this experience may help shape the career path he chooses after high school.

This is a special milestone for our team, as this is the first summer internship program we have built. We are proud to give back to the youth in our community and create opportunities for students to learn, grow, and discover what’s possible for their future.

Today, we recognize and celebrate Juneteenth—a day that commemorates freedom, resilience, and the continued pursuit of equality.

Juneteenth marks June 19, 1865, when enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, learned they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued. It serves as an important reminder of our nation's history and the progress made through courage, perseverance, and unity.

As we honor this day, we encourage reflection, learning, and appreciation for the contributions of Black Americans who have helped shape our communities, industries, and country.
