We’re excited to recognize our March MVPs for their hard work, flexibility, and dedication to the team!

🏆 Office MVP – Ben Hergic
Ben has truly stepped up this month. Although he was originally hired for a different role, he has adapted seamlessly as his responsibilities evolved. His positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed make a huge impact.

He played a key role in helping bring our equipment program back into compliance, which required collaboration and persistence. On top of that, Ben actively looks for ways to improve processes and is always available to support drivers with breakdowns—no matter the time of day. His team-first mindset makes him an invaluable part of our organization.

🚛 Driver MVP – Fidel Osoria
Fidel had an outstanding March with a 99 safety score, 7.31 MPG fuel efficiency, and 11,465 miles traveled.

Beyond the impressive stats, Fidel is known for his great attitude, reliability, and willingness to help the team whenever needed. He’s easy to work with and consistently turns in paperwork without issue—something our operations team truly appreciates.

We had an absolute blast at the Shrimps game for our latest team outing ⚾

From sitting out in the outfield boats to enjoying hot dogs, cracker jacks, and plenty of laughs, it was the perfect way to step away from the day-to-day and spend some quality time together. These moments outside the office help strengthen the relationships that make our team work so well.

Great company, great food, and a great game—hard to beat that combination.

Beyond the impressive numbers, he consistently turns in his paperwork on time and helps keep our operations running smoothly. Our operations team shared that he is well deserving of this month’s MVP recognition, and we couldn’t agree more.

🏆 Office MVP – Cathy Castro
Cathy stepped up in a big way this month. After Jack’s departure, she quickly took over the Sage uploads and picked up the process right away. On top of that, she’s been breaking records for weekly invoice numbers while keeping the accessorial inbox organized and under control. Taking on additional responsibilities while continuing to excel makes her more than deserving of this recognition.
