Important Reminder About UPS Pick-Ups
We’re always happy to help with your UPS package pick-ups, and here’s how you can check your tracking status to avoid any inconvenience:
- If your tracking status shows “On the way”, it means your package is still in transit and hasn’t arrived at our store yet.
- When your tracking status shows “Awaiting Customer Pick Up” with our store’s address, your package is ready for collection.
We completely understand the frustration of not having your package when expected. However, please note that we do not have control over when UPS delivers packages to our store, as their timeline depends on their own processes.
