UPDATE: Hours for Friday July -August 7am - 3pm -Hey All! We will be closed the weekend of the 4th of July. Dana Emery (President of DHBY) will be around if you would like to pick up a gas key. As of right now we will be open on Fridays after the 4th from 7am - 3pm through the months of July and August. Thanks all and have a safe and wonderful 4th of July!

To Friends and Customers:

It is with sadness that we inform you of the unexpected death of John Gorham, retired long-time General Manager and Board Member of the Dark Harbor Boat Yard. Last week, John went to a mainland medical appointment. Upon exiting the hospital, John collapsed and died. We are all processing this sad news. John was a great family man, dear friend to many, important member of the community and a trusted, steady hand at the Yard. His family has not yet announced plans for a service. We will let you know, when we know more. These are challenging times for the Gorhams and for everyone who knew John. He is sorely missed and will long be remembered for both his deep character, his sincere concern for so many others, and for his unfailing willingness to invest of himself in helping the people and institutions around him.

Dark Harbor Boat Yard is now back to operating Monday - Thursday 7am to 5pm, we are no longer open Friday - Sunday.

Showers, laundry and public restrooms are still closed until further notice.

We request upon entering our facility that you wear a mask/face covering.

The fuel dock is full service, if social distancing is not possible on the dock then we also ask you to wear a mask/face covering, thank you.
