In order to kick off the boating season, and Safe Boating Week, TowBoatU.S. Lake Murray teamed up with the Lake Murray US Coast Guard Auxiliary, and America's Boating Club Lake Murray to do Vessel Safety Checks and offer discounted memberships!

On Saturday Morning, Captain Rick enjoyed meeting both new and old Members at West Marine.

On Sunday Morning, Captain Rick was at Flotilla Island on Lake Murray offering discounted memberships and giving away some TowBoatU.S. swag!

TowBoatU.S. Lake Murray would like to remind all Lake Murray boaters that the lake is down over 2 Ft! Our Captains have performed many ungroundings this year already due to the lower than average water level. While being down 2 Feet should not discourage you from enjoying our beautiful waters, just be careful when close to the shore or around shallow water buoys. Below is a picture of Captain's Rick and Doug ungrounding a 38 Ft Sailboat. Soft ungroundings, as well as tows, fuel deliveries, and jump starts, are performed at no cost to TowBoatU.S. members. Freshwater memberships are only $130/year!

It has been a busy holiday period for TowBoatU.S. Lake Murray.

Christmas morning, Captains Rick and Doug went out and ungrounded a member who was grounded on Sandy Beach so he could get back to his family.

From all of us at TowBoatU.S. Lake Murray, we want to wish all of you a very happy and joyful time with family, friends, and loved ones.
