• Answering phones

• Typing up work orders/ invoices
• Parts inventory
• Ebay/parts sales

Must haves

This job requires you to answer frequent phone calls. Answer basic questions our customers may have about the status of their boat, ECT. Schedule appointments for both in-shop & mobile jobs. You'll be responsible to input customer & boat info. Every customer will need a PO # for parts ordering. You'll be required to understand how to properly schedule jobs so they don't overlap. Type up & use correct spelling and grammar on invoices. This requires you to list parts, prices and labor descriptions. Parts inventory and sales.- You'll be semi responsible to keep up with parts inventory in-shop & on eBay (Invoicing related)

Knowledge of boats & parts is a plus but not a requirement.

Experience with customer service/office setting jobs is preferred.

Pay will be discussed and based on experience/qualifications for the job.

KHW Repair & Maintenance is looking to hire a full time motivated technician. Must have basic mechanical knowledge, a positive attitude and a valid driver's license. Knowledge of boats is a plus, willing to train the right person with basic knowledge of tools and mechanics. Pay based on experience.
