Implementing practices such as washing and waxing, utilizing dehumidifiers, and investing in full covers and tire covers can help preserve your vehicle during storage or cold-weather camping. Optional upgrades like heated water hoses and RV skirting can also provide added protection.

Foodie Friday:

Cowboy Casserole
Ingredients
1/2 pound bacon
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 (15 ounce) cans baked beans with pork
1/3 cup bbq sauce
1 (7.5 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
Directions
Cook bacon in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain, and cut into bite size pieces. Set aside. Add hamburger and onion to the skillet and cook until no longer pink and the onion is tender. Drain.
Stir bacon, baked beans, and BBQ sauce into the ground beef and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium low, and place biscuits in a single layer over the top of the mixture.
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are done.
Place two biscuits on each plate and spoon beans over.
Enjoy!

Garbage Grinder Sandwiches
Ingredients
4 Hoagie Rolls
1 package sliced salami
1 package sliced ham
1 package sliced pepperoni
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 sliced tomato (slices cut in half)
1 sliced green pepper
1 jar sliced dill pickles
2 Onions - diced (preferably sweet white)
1 Olive oil
1 Salt & pepper
Instructions
Place open hoagie rolls on baking sheet.
Layer salami, ham, and pepperoni on each open-faced bun, covering both sides of the roll.
Top with shredded cheeses and bake at 500° until cheese is bubbly.
Top with tomatoes, pickles, green peppers, and onions.
Drizzle olive oil lightly over top.
Salt and pepper as desired.
Enjoy!
