SPECIAL FOOD IN TRANSIT: To celebrate the holiday, we’re having a special Labor Day edition of 🍽 Food in Transit tomorrow, Sept. 4, at 2:30 p.m. at the Carson Transit Center! 💚 As always, give a big thanks to Second Helpings for partnering with us for this event. Come by, get some food and ride into the holiday weekend with us!

The September 2026 edition of IndyGo Now reminds riders that MyKey+ is the way to pay and highlights IndyGo Access payments and Poetry in Transit.

➡️ MyKey is no longer available, and riders must use MyKey+ or cash to ride the bus. Download the MyKey+ app or visit the CTC to get started.

➡️ IndyGo Access riders are using Access Wallet to pay for their rides. As a reminder, MyKey+ will not be used on Access rides.

➡️ Poetry in Transit is around the corner on Sept. 26. This IndyGo Cares live poetry event will take place at Indiana Humanities, also in partnership with People We Meet on the Bus and Loudmouth Books, bringing together the community for arts and connection.

On Sept. 7, all fixed route and IndyGo Access paratransit services will operate on Sunday schedules for Labor Day. The Customer Care Center will be open 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., and the Care Center Desk at the CTC will be open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
