Island Park, Idaho 🌲

This one’s a short-term rental getaway, and the owner liked Phase 1 so much they came back for Phase 2.

Phase 1: 6 Ridgelines, built 95% in our Idaho Falls shop and set on site.
Phase 2: a custom duplex, 2 modules.

Trades up here are busy and hard to come by, so building in the shop meant the owner only had to worry about site work. We just roll in, set and stack (;
