We’re excited to welcome Kalyn Southwood to Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod’s Board of Directors! 🎉

Kalyn, Director of Benefits at Cape Air, specializes in employee benefits and organizational well-being. With over 15 years of human resources experience, Kalyn shares her deep commitment to people-centered leadership, with experience spanning benefits strategy, compliance, and employee engagement. She has been a member of Habitat Cape Cod’s Human Resources Committee since 2023.

Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod recently announced the appointment of five new members to its Board of Directors, including Kalyn Southwood of Cape Air; Steve Jenney of Oceanside Restoration; Charlotte Green of Cape & Coast Bank; Peter Brooks, retired finance executive; and Rev. Tina Walker-Morin of First Church Sandwich, UCC.

"We are thrilled to welcome this group of accomplished community leaders to our Board," said Wendy Cullinan, Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod’s President and CEO. "Their deep connections to the Cape Cod community and professional expertise will be invaluable as we continue our mission."
