Please allow us to re-introduce ourselves. We are Carlson Limousine of Huntley, Il and have been serving Kane and Mchenry counties for over 15 years. Due to the growth of our region you may not know who we are.
We are not trying to reinvent the wheel but, re-establish ourselves within the community and give everyone a chance to experience our 1st class service and get to know us.
We are a family owned and operated company. We are NOT a broker; All vehicles are owned and operated by Carlson Limousine. All our vehicles are low profile to make it easier to get in and out of.
We use luxury sedans, also 6 & 8 passenger stretch limousines. We are a bonded and insured Limousine company licensed to operate and do commercial transportation business with in the state of Illinois and the City of Chicago. All our drivers are professional chauffeurs based locally right here in Huntley!

Summer 2024 is just about done. It was my pleasure to meet several of you and hear your input about our company. I wish I had more time to stay and meet more of you this season.
We cant wait to see you traveling this winter. There is just so much to do and very little time. I pray the economy gets better and I thank god every day that all of you are in our lives. With out you, we have nothing. So, Thank you again for trusting us with your transportation needs.

We are currently taking reservations through October 15, 2024. So book that cruise , get the kids back to school and lets go see the world together.

In closing, I would like to tell you a little story about a dear customer of mine named Joe.
Joe traveled with us weekly for almost 10 years. A month ago, Joe called me and said his company wants him to find cheaper transportation to the airport. Joe died a week ago using that cheaper transportation.
He was T-boned going through a red light.

The driver did not have proper registration for carrying passengers, the vehicle was never inspected to carry passengers. The drivers insurance refused to pay anything and dropped his policy for using his personal vehicle for commercial services.

I am very said by this all because of a $40.00 price difference. Now Joe is gone forever.

We at Carlson Livery do things the correct way and follow the rules, we don't cut corners to try to save a buck. All these features cost money to do so. So Please, next time you jump into a vehicle that is not an uber/lyft. Make sure your driver is licensed to carry commercial passengers.

The vehicle should have the following displays on the window
1) vehicle inspection sticker from Illinois Department of transportation
2) MPEA Placard - This allows your driver to legally pick you up at the Airport
3) Commercial vehicle insurance sticker - this shows that the vehicle covers you up to 1 million dollars
4) License Plate that ends with LY,TX,PT - This show your vehicle is registered as a commercial vehicle

Looking for a Donor!!:

Hi George,

Congratulations! You were approved for a Kidney Transplant in our Selection Conference today.

If you have potential living donors, they can now initiate the donor process by completing a Health History Questionnaire found at our Living Donor website: mayoclinic.org/livingdonor and click on Start Your Donor Evaluation. As a recipient, we also encourage you to utilize the Living Donor Toolkit to educate yourself on the Living Donor process.

I will contact you again when we have written insurance approval and I am ready to activate you to the Deceased Donor (UNOS) Waiting List (usually in the next 1-2 weeks).

Once added to our Wait List, you will be required to complete the following:

HLA testing needs to be completed every 60 days.
If you complete your blood work at an outside facility, you will receive a specimen collection kit from Mayo Clinic in the mail.
If you complete your blood work at a Mayo Clinic facility, you will not receive a specimen collection kit.

You will be expected to return for Waitlist appointments at annual intervals to ensure you are medically stable to receive a transplant.
You will be contacted by the Transplant Center when you are due to return for appointments.
