Lawn & Landscape Crew Member

DH OutdoorServices, LLC. is hiring reliable crew members for the season. We’re a locally owned company based in Huntington, Indiana. We are focused on quality work and treating customers (and employees) right.

Pay:
$10–$15 per hour (based on experience)

Hours:
30–40 hours per week
Weekday work (occasional Saturdays optional)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lawn mowing and trimming
Mulching jobs
Spring/Fall cleanups
General landscape maintenance

What We’re Looking For:
Shows up on time (this alone puts you ahead of most people)
Works hard and doesn’t complain about weather
Can take direction and work with a team
Experience is a plus, but not required
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with stand-on mowers, zero turns, trimmers, blowers
Valid driver’s license

What You Get:

INTERESTED IN JOINING OUR CREW?
We are looking for skilled laborers to join our Lawn and Landscaping Crews on a full-time or part-time basis for the 2026 Season. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from work is mandatory. You must be capable of working safely in all weather conditions. Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role. Job responsibilities include mowing, trimming, blowing off hardscapes for the mowing crew, and assisting with landscaping projects, tractor work, shrub trimming, minor shop maintenance, and snow removal during winter months. Had a customer call today requiring driveway excavation services. The snow was densely packed, so we utilized the tractor to scrape the compacted snow down to the original pavement. If you are still in need of assistance following the recent snowstorm, please do not hesitate to contact us. We have completed our current tasks and may be able to provide support to aid in your snow removal efforts. We have a couple of trucks and a loader tractor equipped with a 5-foot scoop shovel at our disposal.
