Hello, I have a question. I am Collin, the owner. Recently, Stephanie took a car to a small shop in Limon to be serviced, and the shop charged her for parts and labor but did not complete the full job. She then experienced issues and visited another repair shop that was a Toyota dealership which found that the work she had to pay Toyota to do had not been completed from the other shop. Stephanie attempted to discuss this with the shop, and they acknowledged charging her labor for the full job without completing the repairs. Given the shop's history of recommending an unsafe ride service in Limon that fails to maintain updated permits and commercial insurance, I am torn between giving them a bad review or letting the matter go. Should I publicly criticize the shop?
