🗽 🚨✨ THE WISH IS COMING TO NEW YORK CITY! 🗽🚢

The much-anticipated return of Disney Cruise Line to the Big Apple is officially on the horizon! Starting September 29, 2027, the beautiful Disney Wish will sail from New York City with a lineup of exciting fall itineraries. 🍂

The fall sailing lineup will include a mix of:
🇧🇲 Bermuda sailings
🇨🇦 Canada itineraries (including one with a stop in Boston, MA!)
🗽 New York City departures
🌴 And the season wraps up with the October 31–November 5 one-way sailing to San Juan, Puerto Rico, featuring a stop in Bermuda!

The Disney Wish is one of Disney Cruise Line’s newest and most spectacular ships, and having her sail from NYC is an incredible opportunity - especially for families throughout New Jersey and the Northeast who have been waiting for Disney Cruise Line to return to New York. ❤️

Our magical adventure came to an end yesterday as we traveled home, but we had such an amazing week as a family.

This was a special trip with many firsts and special moments:
🤩 surprised the kiddos the day we left! (hard to pull off, but highly recommend!)

🎀 Evelyn’s first visit 🥹She LOVED the princesses, Eeyore, and cast members. She loved riding It’s a Small World and every ride we took her on. Her absolute favorite thing was the Boo To You Parade! Even though she won’t remember this trip, we will. It was so sweet watching her big brother and sister excited for her 😊

🍽️ Hollywood & Vine and Crystal Palace were firsts for us! We enjoyed them both but think that Hollywood & Vine has better food. We prioritized Character dining on this trip since we had the dining plan and those meals are a great use of dining credits!

❄️ meeting Elsa was a priority since Emery is now a huge fan. We made a little girl veryyyyyy happy 🤩

🎢 we had a lot of first rides on this trip since the kiddos are growing to meet the taller height requirements 🥹 Emery loved Cosmic Rewind + Tower of Tower!

🗓️ August was new for us! We’ve visited in July & September, but never in August. We liked the lower crowds since many schools went back in early August.

D23 NEWS!! 👀✨

We are heading home today, but Disney dropped a LOT of news last night, so I’m already looking forward to future trips. 😂

Here are the announcements I’m most excited about:

😈 VILLAINS LAND — We finally have more details! TWO attractions are coming to Magic Kingdom, including a Maleficent coaster through her fortress and a Magic Mirror dark ride filled with Disney Villains. Plus dining + shopping.

🏎️ PISTON PEAK — Cars is coming to Magic Kingdom with two attractions, including an off-road adventure, all set in a Rocky Mountain-inspired landscape.

👻 MONSTROPOLIS — Monsters, Inc. is taking over a new area of Hollywood Studios with attractions, dining, shopping and ALL the Monstropolis vibes.

🌴 TROPICAL AMERICAS — Animal Kingdom is getting Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent, Encanto and a new carousel.

🦖 THE YETI IS BACK! — Disney announced the Yeti inside Expedition Everest will FINALLY return to life. This one got a BIG reaction.

💜 FIGMENT + DREAMFINDER — Journey Into Imagination is being completely reimagined at EPCOT, and Dreamfinder AND Figment are coming back.

🌐 SPACESHIP EARTH — Also getting a reimagining with an expanded story focused on human connection.

Over at Disneyland…

🚀 Tomorrowland is getting a major makeover.

💀 A brand-new Coco attraction is coming with NO height requirement.

✨ Plus refreshed versions of Remember… Dreams Come True and World of Color are coming in 2027.

And then there’s Disney Cruise Line… 🚢

🌺 Disney Believe will set sail in late 2027 with a Moana-inspired Grand Hall, Woody & Buzz on the exterior and Tinker Bell.

🌊 AND Disney gave us our first look at an entirely NEW class of ships arriving beginning in 2029 — three ships that will be bigger than the Disney Wonder but smaller than the Disney Wish.

Basically… Disney said we’re going to need more vacation days. 😂

There is SO much coming, and I’m already thinking about which of these experiences I cannot wait to help my clients plan around.
