Update on remaining Sept 7 shipment (about 10% pending) and also on the Sept 14 shipment:
Please note that due to the Independence Day Holiday this week, our Monday docking was postponed and split between tomorrow (Friday) and Monday, as ships were unwilling to sit idle at the dock without being offloaded. This means we will clear next week. This clearance will include the last 10% of the Sept 7 shipment and the Sept 14 shipment immediately thereafter.
We understand that delays of even a few days can cause frustration and inconvenience. We urge customers to plan to ship with enough time in advance, especially with the holidays approaching - to help buffer frustration when delays beyond our control occur. We will continue to expedite as many shipments as possible.
