Sam Hardy, Director of Open Deck & Logistics
Years in industry: 10
Favorite part of the job: My favorite things about working at Jetco are the people and the challenge, working with a great team to solve tough transportation problems and build long-term relationships with customers.
Most challenging aspect of the work: The most challenging aspect of my work is managing constantly changing priorities while ensuring our customers receive the level of service they expect. Every day brings new challenges, and success often comes down to communication, problem solving and adaptability.
Favorite on-the-job snack: Sour Gushers or Famous Amos chocolate chip cookies.
Random fun fact: I have four kids under the age of five, so managing trucks and negotiating freight rates is actually the easy part of my day.

Jeff Garrett, Open Deck Dispatcher
Years in industry: 20+
Favorite part of the job: The challenge of putting everything together to connect the dots in the most efficient way possible.
Most challenging aspect of the work: Finding a WAY to connect the dots.
Favorite on-the-job snack: Ice water. If you know, then you know.
Random fun fact: I love camping and being in the outdoors.

Rachel Manning, Open Deck Dispatcher

Favorite part of the job: The environment in the office.
Most challenging aspect of the work: Fitting the puzzle pieces together.
Favorite on-the-job snack: Peanut butter and crackers.
Random fun fact: Huge superman fan.

Rose Brown, Customer Service
Years in industry: 5
Favorite part of the job: I love my work environment and the way we work together as a team. The collaboration and support from my coworkers make every day enjoyable.
Most challenging aspect of the work: Making sure I haven't left anything out when building loads. Attention to detail is critical, and sometimes I even wake up wondering if I missed something.
Favorite on-the-job snack: Gum and sweet & salty trail mix.
Random fun fact: I love to laugh and keep everyone around me laughing. Bringing positive energy and humor to the workplace is something I enjoy every day.

Our World Cup-esque games continued with chair soccer!

Bracket-style play, shoes / no shoes / boots / no boots strategizing, sudden death shootouts, and a lot of laughter and cheering filled our lunch room.

Congratulations to our winning team Daysia, Nelva and Ale, and the MVP of the tournament for her tournament-winning goal, Yarima.
