“We’ve reached our last day at One Fifth, our crazy five-year restaurant project that we used as a real-time test kitchen. We were supposed to run five restaurant concepts in five years, but thanks to COVID, we're going on six years and seven or eight concepts. It's all about rolling with the punches, right? One Fifth taught me that I loved running a steakhouse, and that red sauce Italian food makes our entire team really happy.” -
As we gear up for our very last night of service at One Fifth, we’d like to say thank you to each & every guest for joining us on this crazy journey. We’d also like to thank our staff for keeping up with all the changes that each new concept brings and for making this restaurant what it is.
