WE’RE HIRING - EMS DISTRICT CHIEF

Spring Creek EMS is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as an EMS District Chief.

In this role, you’ll provide direct leadership and oversight to EMS field personnel while connecting executive leadership with our teams in the field. You’ll coach and mentor employees, develop future leaders, manage performance, support operational readiness, and help ensure our standards are consistently upheld.

Starting Pay & Schedule:
$30.75 per hour
48/96 schedule

Benefits Include:

We honor the first responders who answered the call without hesitation, many making the ultimate sacrifice, and every innocent life taken that morning.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember the courage, sacrifice, compassion, and unity shown in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

Spring Creek EMS continues to invest in new tools and training to enhance the care we provide to our community.

Our crews recently completed training on TraumaGel, a new hemorrhage-control tool designed to help manage severe bleeding in traumatic injuries. Providers received hands-on training focused on proper application, indications, and how TraumaGel integrates into our existing approach to bleeding control.

Following the completion of training, TraumaGel is now deployed on our EMS units and available for use in the field.

Introducing new technology is about more than adding equipment—it’s about making sure our providers are trained, prepared, and confident when every second matters.

We’re proud to continue advancing the capabilities of our crews and the care available to the community we serve.
