THREE OWNERS. ONE VISION. A DREAM BECOMING REALITY.

What started with three men sharing one vision has grown into something greater than we ever imagined.

As the owners of Elite Diesel Performance, Ray Francis, Terrill Theriot, and Shawn Chaisson have worked side by side, overcome challenges, and continued moving forward. Now, we are proud to announce another major chapter in our journey: the opening of RTS Investment LLC.

The name represents the three owners who made this dream possible:

R — Ray
T — Terrill
S — Shawn

Together, we officially signed the paperwork and purchased the building at 158 North LaCarpe and the property at 150 North LaCarpe. What was once only a dream is now ours—and we are just getting started.

This new property will help us move forward with the construction and installation of our new high-horsepower engine dynamometer. This dyno will allow us to test powerful engines, expand our capabilities, and take Elite Diesel Performance to an entirely new level.

For the three of us, “no” is never the final answer. We see “no” as a challenge—an opportunity to work harder, think bigger, and go even further.

We did not come this far by giving up when things became difficult. We came this far through faith, determination, hard work, and believing in one another. Every obstacle has made us stronger, and every challenge has pushed us closer to the future we have always envisioned.

This is more than the purchase of a building and property. It is the beginning of a new chapter, the foundation of a lasting legacy, and proof that dreams really do come true when the right people refuse to quit.

🔥 THE NEXT CHAPTER BEGINS! 🔥

Another major piece of our stage 1 has arrived, bringing us one step closer to turning this vision into reality. What started as a dream is now taking shape—piece by piece, stage by stage.

Tomorrow marks another huge milestone as the property officially changes ownership. We are also proud to announce the opening of our new company:

Very soon, we will break ground on the property and begin construction on the new facility. This development will become the future home of bigger opportunities, expanded capabilities, and the next chapter of Elite Diesel Performance.

We have worked hard, taken chances, overcome obstacles, and never stopped believing. None of this happened overnight—but every long day, every sacrifice, and every challenge brought us closer to this moment.

The dyno is coming.
The property is becoming ours.

And we are only getting started.

BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT ELITE DIESEL PERFORMANCE!

Our new engine dyno is coming together, and this is only the beginning of what we are building at EDP.

Stage 1 is almost complete, and we are preparing to move into Stage 2 of our four-stage build. Every stage brings us closer to creating a first-class testing facility that will allow us to test up to 5000 horse power, and deliver dependable power to our customers.

This is more than a new dyno—it is an investment in our employees, our customers, and the future of Elite Diesel Performance.

We started with a dream, stayed focused, and continued building one stage at a time. The future is coming—and EDP is just getting started!

🔥 MILESTONE #23 — AND EDP IS STILL PUSHING FORWARD! 🔥

Elite Diesel Performance is proud to announce crankshaft changeout number 23 in two years!

Our team is headed to New York to replace the crankshaft in a 12-645-E5 engine. The damage occurred after the flywheel bolts came loose, damaging the bolt holes in the crankshaft, along with the crank gear and flywheel. It is a major repair—but these are the difficult jobs our EDP technicians are built to handle.

Every job, every mile traveled, and every challenge we overcome is another step toward the dream we have been building.

We were told we weren’t good enough.
We were told we would never become anybody.
We were told our dreams were too big.

Now look at what we’re doing.

Twenty-three crankshaft changeouts in two years—and we’re only getting started.

Never allow the small things, the setbacks, or the opinions of others to stop you. Keep working. Keep believing. Keep pushing forward. Dreams do come true when you are willing to work for them.

None of this would be possible without our dedicated employees. Our technicians continue to answer the call, travel wherever the work takes them, and represent EDP with skill, determination, and pride.
