🔧 Meet Chandler! 🔧

AllStream's Meet The Team series highlights the people who help us live out our mission of Raising The Standard. This month, we're spotlighting Chandler Falgout, a Maintenance Repair Lead.

Chandler joined AllStream in 2024, starting out as a Robot Operator. Since then, he has grown into his current role as Maintenance Repair Lead, where his daily responsibilities include working on all UHP and associated equipment, as well as major repair teardowns. His time out in the field as a Robot Operator and Lead Technician gave him first-hand insight into how our equipment performs on the job, experience that now drives his approach to keeping our fleet running at its best. Outside of work, Chandler enjoys hunting, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.

AllStream's mission is to continue Raising The Standard for our customers and the industry. When asked what "Raising The Standard" means to him, Chandler shared: "To me, Raising the Standard means continuing to improve our operations and consistently providing the best possible equipment for the job at hand and in every aspect of the company."

Zack joined AllStream in 2018 as a Service Technician before transitioning to a Shop Technician. In 2022, Zack took on the role of Shop Manager, where his leadership, technical knowledge, and commitment to the team continued to shine.
