I have since been struggling to survive however, my life continues to be blessed

Soon it will be one year since Chris agreed to surrender my registered trademark business name and my USDOT authority and has failed to do so. He continues to operate his business without compensating me in any way in violation of copyright laws. I have reported this to the Federal Trade Commission where nothing will likely ever happen because they do not enforce the law for small businesses only large corporations. I could file a lawsuit against him however, the retainer fee is far beyond my reach especially given that, at the end of the day all I really want is my name and my authority.

Update:
Christopher Arends is still using my registered trademarked business name and DOT authority without my permission and without compensation. I have filed a report with the FTC. The FTC does not resolve individual cases however, they will make my report available to all applicable law enforcement agencies.

RedDog Trucking, LLC was founded by me, Anthony Goodine with my then wife, Abigail Goodine on October 1st, 2017. I took on a partner, Christopher Arends approximately 18 months later and by the end of that year, Abigail died and Chris took over book keeping. Last year on November 29th, Chris gave me an ultimatum. Sell him my rights to the business for $5,000 or he would sue me. I took the money and I walked away. I do not recommend working for him and I will never do business with this man again. He is a thief and a liar.
