We're pleased to introduce ourselves to the North Bay Landing community.
Stilled Water Property Management has been engaged by the resort's new ownership to oversee day-to-day operations at North Bay Landing, and we are genuinely excited to be part of this property's next chapter on Houghton Lake.
To every guest with an existing reservation — your booking is confirmed and honored. You should have already received communication from either the previous ownership or directly from us regarding the transition, including updated contact and payment information. If you have not yet heard from us, please reach out so we can connect and make sure you have everything you need ahead of your stay.
A friendly note for those with upcoming reservations — previous ownership may still be present around the resort through June as they work through their moving process. We ask that you please use us as your point of contact for all reservation and property matters, and that you extend grace and respect to the prior owners as they navigate that transition. They put a lot of love into this place and deserve the space to move at their own pace.
New ownership will not be residing on-site as previous ownership did — which is precisely why they have engaged us for daily oversight and operations. While we are not living at the resort, we maintain a daily presence on the property and are never more than about ten minutes away or a phone call away should any need arise.
We ask for your patience as we work through the details of new ownership. Part of that process includes rebuilding the resort's digital presence — the North Bay Landing website is temporarily offline while we establish new content, but it will be back up shortly.
