February Newsletter From Eddie:
Hello Friends, Family, The Finger Lakes Community, and To Finger Lakes Rides Staff and Drivers:
As we move forward into February our schedule of bookings has ramped up! Last year Finger Lakes Rides was hit hard with pre books due to the fear of COVID. This year our pre bookings for tours has increased over 120%!
With that said, I would like to look into the future and discuss 3 key things.
1.Piece of mind.
- Finger Lakes Rides is still a very young upcoming new Generation company. We do things so different that it may throw some off at this time. Our management staff works every day to look at this like chess... Always be 3 moves ahead.... Well just like in chess there are a million different ways the outcome could go because of in unknown. You never know from day to day what's going to happen especially in today's ever changing world! That's why we will be want you to know we are dedicated to ensure you're expierence with us is the most exciting and memorable!
2. How you're transported.
-Sure we can go buy limos and tour buses!
We have done so much research that we have found that people who are looking for A memorable tour to really experience what Upstate has to offer is to go smaller and make your dollar grow. This means we will only be offering tours for A max of 6 people. Per vehicle. We have a beautiful fleet of new generation transports that is for everyone! We also have found the more people the more distracted the driver. By elimination of "large" groups we will enable the drivers to maintain safety and GREAT customer service! The 3rd main reason I have chosen to make this move is for the sake of the Wineries, Breweries, and all other tour destinations. Example: when you're on a date at a winery.... The last thing you want if you're enjoying the environment of a nice stress free tasting is A large group ruining your experience. As someone who has spent years in the industry, I know especially as staff at a winery... that nothing throws you off more is than a huge group. It hurts the environment of the room and it cuts down on customer service because now instead of 5 people in the winery you have 40 at once.
3. Price.
Each tour is different. Until we know what you want we can't and won't give you A rate. We want to provide you with the best experience at the best price. Every tour Is shaped and molded to you.
I wish everyone a good February and to my team, you're awesome and wouldn't be here without you!!!
Don't forget to message us and pre book now!!!! Weekends are filling up quick!!
