Vida Mia Hawaii's #1 Boat Tour
Coffee Cruise | Sunset Charter
Private Yacht Charter
Fireworks Cruise

The worldly 61-foot wooden yacht has traveled the California coastline, protected the shores during the second world war, and crossed the Pacific to Hawai‘i, where she is now moored at the Waikiki Yacht Club. She can be chartered for Diamond Head-view sunset cruises, parties, whale-watching, snorkeling, and family outings for a unique and unforgettable experience. She is also available for corpora

te events and memorial services. “Vida Mia” translates to “my life,” a term of endearment in Spanish, and is the perfect venue for a romantic evening or wedding. If her teak could speak, Vida Mia would not only tell stories about movie stars and politicians who enjoyed her lap of luxury basking in the sunsets off Waikiki, but of the countless grand times of families and friends who created lifetime memories aboard this gorgeous, iconic gal. When she was first custom built in Stockton by Willard Campbell, no expense was spared creating the elegant Presidential yacht. Brought to Hawaii in 1963 as a TransPac Escort Boat, she soon caught the attention of prominent local businessmen who saw her value in entertaining clients, friends, and family. With a rich history of owners and guests alike, it would be truly sad to see the end of this one-of-a-kind, finely crafted vessel. Description: * Beautifully appointed throughout with teak, brass and chrome. * Main Stateroom with full bath including porcelain tub. *2 guest Staterooms *Full Salon with Galley *Topside full bar and open air, tropical entertaining area *Large swim step and ladder for enjoying aquatic activities *Length: 61’ (fits in most Hi State Harbors including Manele on Lanai) *Beam: 15’ *Propulsion: 6 cylinder Detroit Diesel

It’s hard to believe we’ve been restoring Vida Mia for over 11 months now.

What started as a big dream has turned into countless early morning starts, sun baked days at the boatyard, late night problem-solving sessions and pure determination. 💪🏼🗜️

Our small but mighty team has tackled rot, rain, wind, and challenges we never saw coming.

We are full of endless creativity, mostly appropriate jokes and an unbreakable belief in bringing this Vida Mia back on the water. She’s come so far, and we couldn’t be more proud of the progress.

But we still have one major hurdle left: installing a reliable new generator and repairing our roof so we can open up to the public again.

If you’ve been following our journey, thank you.

Your support, encouragement, and shares have kept us going. We’re halfway to our generator goal and so close to the next chapter.

Every donation, every share and every kind word truly helps save Vida Mia. ❤️‍🩹🛳️

Aloha Friends and Family of Vida Mia,

We are reaching out with an urgent but hopeful ask.

As many of you know, we’ve been working hard for the past 11 months restoring our beloved Vida Mia. Thanks to the incredible support from our community, we’ve made great progress - but we still need help to reach the finish line in the next 3 weeks.

If we don’t make it, we risk losing her and having to close our business this summer.

If you’ve ever joined us for a coffee cruise, sunset sail, or followed along with our restoration work, you know how special she is. She’s one of the few remaining 1929 wooden vessels of her kind in the world, with rich maritime history - including service and of course starring in opening scene of The White Lotus, which was filmed here in .

She has created beautiful memories for countless families and guests over the years. If you live here in Hawaii, there is very little chance you don’t have a friend or family member with fond memories her.

This is our first fundraiser, and we have to admit it’s a bit uncomfortable, but after so many encouraging conversations with our guests and supporters, we decided to go for it.
Would you be able to help us cross this final stretch?

Even a small donation or simply sharing this post with your network would mean the world to us right now.

Happy Memorial Day from the Vida Mia. 🇺🇸

Did you know that the Visa Mia served her country in ? She was stationed right here under the bridge, where she patrolled for enemy submarines.

Thank you to the brave men and women who have served our country 🫡🇺🇸⚓️

A big mahalo from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has supported this campaign so far.

Thanks to your incredible generosity, we have raised $5,000 toward our new generator.

We are truly humbled by the outpouring of love for Vida Mia. So many of you have shared the campaign, called, texted, and sent warm, heartfelt messages. Every single message encourages us and reminds us why we need to save her.

We’re now halfway to our goal of installing our new generator. This new generator will give us the reliable power we need for longer, safer voyages… the kind of adventures we’ve heard so many wonderful stories about from all of you who cruised aboard Vida Mia in the 1970s and 80s.

We’ve listened to tales of nights spent under the stars in Molokai, “rolling” into Hanalei Bay with a bunch of surfers cheering on the crew and carefree day trips to Molokini. We’ve always wanted to bring back some of those traditions. The pure freedom of exploring the islands on a moment’s notice have inspired us to keep Vida Mia alive for this generation and the next. We want to share Vida with as many people in Hawaii as possible.

These guys have poured their hearts into this project — working incredibly hard to solve complex technical challenges with creativity, determination, and plenty of humor. Even on tight timelines, they always set aside what they’re doing to warmly greet visitors and share stories with anyone who stops by the yard. It’s what makes these boys so special.

We’ve attached a few photos of the team in action and a little bit of inspiration from some photos shared with us from her golden era in the 1970s and 80s.

If you’ve already contributed, shared, or sent encouragement — thank you. If you’re able to help us reach the finish line, every additional dollar brings us closer to making these future adventures possible.

Our coffee cruise is a guest favorite. For 3 years in a row, we’ve made the USA Today 10 Best List for the best boat tour in the country.

It was one of our first ideas that helped open this classic yacht to the public.
