Your body stays in the room — the basket does the traveling. Write your task on a sticky note, keep it in sight, and remind yourself: “Not now. Later pile.”

Starting without a clear anchor can make any cleaning session feel chaotic. When you jump in randomly or start five micro‑tasks at once, momentum disappears fast.

A simple shift changes everything: choose one anchor zone — a single surface, drawer, or corner — and give it a 15‑minute container. Follow the Start → Finish → Stop rule and say out loud, “I’m only doing this one spot.”

What an incredible conference. Kris’ Learning Lab was a true success, and we’re leaving Indianapolis inspired, energized, and grateful for every conversation, connection, and learning opportunity.
