Came in for a skeg repair, impeller, and thermostat.

Thermostat was stuck open.
That means the motor never gets up to temp…
Runs rich. Burns more fuel. Leaves performance on the table.
Not loud. Not obvious. But it’ll cost you every time you turn the key.

New impeller. New thermostat. Skeg cleaned up.
Now it heats right, runs right, and burns fuel like it should.

If your motor’s running “fine”… it might not be.

🦀 Doubler Doubler is about to put in some WERX!.

Boat came in for a water pump replacement before crab season.
Smart move.

Old impellers don’t fail politely—they lose blades, stop pushing water, and next thing you know you’re overheating halfway through a run.

Pulled the lower, swapped the pump, fresh internals, buttoned it back up.
Strong telltale. Solid flow. Done right.
