PSA: ModWash is closed today due to a lack of staffing. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened.

They’ve had some excellent employees working at this location, but it appears they haven’t received the management support or major equipment repairs needed to keep things running consistently.

I called the corporate office today to express my concerns and request a refund for my membership. From my perspective, it seems they’ve stopped investing in supporting this location. They’ve also gone through five general managers in the past three years, which raises concerns about stability.

If enough customers contact corporate and voice their concerns, perhaps they’ll make the changes necessary to better support both their employees and their customers.

PSA ✈️

For anyone traveling to the airport lately — it’s been pretty stressful with security wait times.

At the international terminal today (around 3:00 PM), passengers were dropped off and made it through TSA security in just 18 minutes.

We’re asking our clients to share their real-time experiences getting through security so we can keep everyone informed and help make travel a little smoother.

Hope this helps!
