Troop 359

Troop 359 is hosting an Open House on September 28 from 7:00–8:00 PM!

Boys who are interested in Scouting, along with their parents, are welcome to come meet the troop, see what we do, ask questions, and get a feel for what Scouting is like.

There’s no commitment at all — this is just a chance to get to know us and see if Troop 359 might be a good fit.

Can’t make it on the 28th? No problem! You’re welcome to visit us at another troop meeting instead.

We’d love to meet you!

At our Court Of Honor, our Scoutmaster, Bruce Haunreiter, announced he’s retiring from that role.
Bruce has done a terrific job over the many years volunteering and ultimately leading the Troop. He’s been involved with scouts since childhood, and continues to support the program. He’ll transition to a support role within the Troop to help with the transition.

And on that note, we welcome Nathan Melton as our new Scoutmaster! Nathan has years experience in the Cub Scouts, has been involved in the Troop, and led the most recent leadership and planning sessions. Thanks Nathan for stepping into the big shoes!
