Good morning and Happy Friday! 😊

So, the once in a Blue Moon, haven't seen you in a month of Sundays, only on holidays, but not even then, etc., kinda thing happened for me yesterday!

I left Central Texas and headed to Seminole, where I picked up these black and hot pink poka dot cuties! (See pic below and they actually look sweet 👏)

Then, I headed to Hinton to take them to their new home. On the way, I hollered at my Awesome Aunt, who agreed to meet me at ⛽️ Cherokee with my Momma so I could surprise her and take her along for the ride and we could visit! (She was thrilled 🥰)

Made it to Hinton, got unloaded ( they loved the paint job ✅), then we headed back towards ⛽️ Cherokee, where I stopped and filled up. I hollered at my brother, who just happened to be home. (never happens) Told him I was coming by and surprised him with me, me driving a Ford, and me driving a Ford with our Momma! (Priceless) I think he is still in shock re: the Ford! 😂

He paid me back though. He shocked me with his new family member (see cute kitty below), Pumpkin! (Never a cat person, I mean, no cats, nope, and he is in love with this lil’ girl 😍)

We visited for hours and then I took mom home and got to meet her new family member, Runner!( yes! Runner! There is one heck of a story behind the name 🏃‍♂️🐶) Anyway, well, hmmmmmm, he is what she says is a mini Aussie! 😳😅👀🙈 y’all, (just look at this, ummm, cute(ish) dog(ish) fluff ball) we all know not to feed him after midnight because he will multiply and they will reek havoc on the town! 🤣🤪

Anyway, headed out and stopped to say hi to a couple of friends and then home!!!

I am extremely blessed and had such a wonderful day and to be able to surprise my mom and my brother is a memory I will always cherish!

You all have a wonderful and blessed weekend! (and look at the dog again!Seriously, just look at those ears! Lol)

PS that dog is near impossible getting a good picture because he does not stop moving! 😆

Anxiety Bridge’ or ‘No Way Bridge’ or ‘Not Today Satan’ has a nice (bad) ring to it! Whatever you wanna call it, I just can’t wrap my head around the fact that people take this daily without a blink of an eye like it’s no big thing! It’s just not right or normal to just drive over the ocean! I mean, call crazy but seriously to be over the ocean on a man made structure that goes however deep and in your vehicle OVER THE OCEAN defies every single bit of my logical side and my ‘dare ya’ or ‘bet me’ side also just says ‘all bets are off!’ 😂 It’s absolutely beautiful, amazing, mind blowing, thrilling, scary and absolutely wild to drive over! I’ve been over it 4 times now and it was much more enjoyable this last time than it was the first time! 😅 Thrill seeker? I am not! This is definitely more scary than driving on the bridge in Port Lavadca! 😭😂 But I was able to relax a little more this time and actually got some semi-decent pics! 🙃

This was a first! Just happened. (And no I did not take pics. I already had my camera recording) It was already reported. First responders were not on the scene yet. Not sure, but hopeful, there wasn’t anyone in the car.

Hot Diggity dog! 258 minutes early!? Woohoo! Waze showing her ninja skills and we are going to go over 500 miles in three hours! yes y’allsee a flash before your eyes, think nothing of it. It’s just wild Bill and me trying to keep up with Waze’s expectations! Hold onto your hats! 😳🫨🤣
