It would seem as though many people should be able to sue the federal government for discrimination, in regards to alcohol vs ma*****na.
Alcohol is proven to be more than 100 times more volatile than ma*****na on every level and yet ma*****na is shunned and found upon. While alcohol has turned a large percentage of this countries workers into alcoholics? I do not understand the common rationale for that.
As a grown man, I should be able to do what I choose when I'm not at work! However, im a truck driver and due to regulations and stipulations by the federal government, I am unable to consume ma*****na in any amounts, on or off duty. There's no statistical, nor scientific reasoning for this decision that can be proven for this matter. Yet statistically, and scientifically it can be proven that alcohol carries more long-term effects and proven to be far more dangerous than ma*****na in every aspect. Because of this reasoning, ma*****na should not be banned from drivers and/or any federal or private industry personnel, and if so, alcohol should be abolished in the workplace and in society as well. However, that will not happen due to the many consumers of alcohol that sit within the government passing these laws. That could be a reason for all these imbalances within the laws of our country, currently? Maybe we can have a new government established that is actually for the people, by the people, instead of steadily going the extra mile in attempting to separate the people? Please, I'd like to get your feedback.
