When you see PASS-certified, here is what it means for you. PASS stands for Passenger Assistance, Safety and Sensitivity. It is the national training standard for non-emergency medical drivers, set by the Community Transportation Association of America. Our drivers are trained in wheelchair securement, safe transfers, disability awareness, emergency response, and how to treat every rider with patience and respect.
