Victor Valley Transit Authority The VVTA provides transit services to Victor Valley, CA. Visit us at vvta.org VVTA's core service area spans approximately 425 square miles.

The Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA) is a public transit agency, providing fixed route bus service to the cities of Adelanto, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Victorville and portions of San Bernardino County, including Lucerne Valley, Phelan, Wrightwood, Pinon Hills, Oro Grande, and Helendale. With weekday bus service that stretches from Barstow to Victorville and down into San Bernardino Valley, VV

TA also provides commuter service to the United States Army's National Training Center (NTC) at Fort Irwin. In addition to serving the transportation needs of High Desert commuters through its vanpool program, VVTA provides complementary paratransit service for the disabled and frail elderly who are unable to use conventional VVTA transit services.

Well, that time has arrived...

Ladies and gents, your first look at the new VVTA Bus Book which will be published on or around July 5, 2026 (We have a printer working hard on these now!). The cover is a photo of one of our brand new Hydrogen Fuel Cell Buses, which should be in service VERY soon!

Our 2026 BIG double header starts tomorrow!

Tomorrow, Thursday, June 18th is National "Dump the Pump" Day and all VVTA Services will be Fare Free! Plan your ride and take advantage of a day of free public transportation throughout the High Desert!

On Juneteenth, Friday, June 19th, we pause to honor the end of slavery in the United States and celebrate freedom, resilience, and progress. In observance of the holiday, VVTA bus service will not operate on Friday, June 19, allowing our Bus Operators and staff the opportunity to observe the day with their families and communities.
