Chef Hannah is back in the kitchen for our end-of-year culinary retreats at the Inn. Guests are invited to work alongside Chef Hannah through a full menu, then sit down together to enjoy what they made. Classes are small and participatory, meaning you are cooking, not just watching. Seats are limited, and the December 4th class is already sold out.

Limited availability remains for Midnight Manor, an Elegant Halloween on October 30th & 31st, and Around the World at Midnight for Dec 31st, Jan 1, & 2nd (Thurs. through Sun.). Book Now: https://f.mtr.cool/p9gze3ta86

Cooler nights are here, and that means fireplace season at the Inn. The Wilson Room has a wood burning fireplace and the bathroom features a heated floor, double vanity, and sizable walk-in shower with a rain forest head. See all our rooms:

Fall color usually peaks here during the second and third weeks of October, and this year Hershey Gardens is marking the season with pumpkin and mum display weekends on October 17, 18, 24, and 25. If you like planning ahead, this is a good stretch to book. Come stay in a quiet 1821 home just minutes from the Gardens and enjoy the color while it lasts.

Midnight Manor, an Elegant Halloween, October 30th & 31st. A grown-up take on the season, with delicious ingredients and a few little tricks and treats to enjoy. Friday evening, you will mix poison blackberry martinis and bloody margaritas, with mocktail versions for anyone who prefers them, then build a Halloween charcuterie board with Chef Hannah walking through the layout and pairings.

Saturday afternoon moves to small bites. Work alongside Chef Hannah and make black deviled eggs, with the whites tinted naturally using squid ink and filled with a creamy Dijon yolk mixture, finished with chives. Beet and goat cheese crostini on toasted baguette, with whipped goat cheese, roasted beets, chopped pistachios, microgreens, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Seared hanger steak with black garlic aioli. Coffee chocolate mousse to close.

Only 2 spots remain. See details on our website at: https://f.mtr.cool/5smf74pldn

Greetings from Hershey. September always feels like a gentle shift here at the inn. The evenings cool down, the pace slows a bit, and we start thinking about what we love most about fall in Hershey.

This month, we are sharing our guide to a grown-up Hershey getaway, with ideas for w**e, cocktails, museums, trails, and slower days around town, and, of course, everything you need to know about the upcoming Culinary Retreats.

Book early, as the Halloween dates have just 2 spots remaining and the December Cookies class is already sold out.

Between the changing season, the food, and the vintage cars rolling into town, it is a wonderful time to come stay with us.

We look forward to welcoming you soon,
Hannah & Dan
