Tallapoosa River Outfitters A fun and relaxing way to spend your leisure time. We're located right off i20 on exit 205 in AL and Churches, scouts and other groups are welcome!

Since 2005, TRO has provided river services on the Owens Canoe Trail. We rent kayaks (for 1) and canoes (for 2), shuttles and camping are available. We can easily accommodate 40+ paddlers. We are an easy 1 hour drive from Birmingham and Atlanta just off of Exit 205 on Interstate 20. We would love to have you join us for a beautiful day on the river. TRO will re-open for business in April of 2017. Please contact us today to make your reservations for a fun and relaxing day.

We are aware that you all are wondering when we will start running this season and why we haven’t opened yet. Our inbox if full of people wanting to make reservations and we feel blessed to have such a thriving seasonal business. For that, we are thankful!
We would like to let our customers know that our 8 yo son is yet again battling cancer. He’s doing good but we’ve currently been in the hospital for the last 3 weeks.
We are blessed to choose family over business and although it’s disappointing to some that we’ve not been able to accommodate you, we hope you’ll understand.
Family is always first!
